To access online billing, visit ourtds.com/myaccount and log in to manage your online account. In the TDS ePay portion of the page, click View/Pay Bill to access online billing. Below are answers to some Frequently Asked Questions to help manage your online billing with TDS.

How do I view my current bill in TDS ePay?

From the TDS ePay homepage, look for “Billing Statements” and then select Previous from the drop-down menu. Click the Go button. Your account number and list of bills will appear (if you have multiple accounts, they will be shown). Find the bill you want to review then on the right you will see a few options, select View Bill. A PDF of the selected bill will appear.

 

How do I view my bill history in TDS ePay?

How do I view my payment history in TDS ePay?

At the top of the TDS ePay site, select Payment History. A list of past payments, current payments, and future (scheduled) payments will appear.

 

How do I set up ePay automatic payments (Auto Pay)?

To setup automatic payments, go to View and Pay Bills and choose “Set Up Auto Pay” found in the light gray box to the right of your account number and bill date. Your account number will appear in a pop-up screen. (if you have multiple accounts, a list of accounts will appear). Select your payment method from the drop-down box. Choose Enter a new Bank Account to automatically withdraw payments from your bank account, then click Continue. Fill out information accordingly on the next screen.

Note: Auto Pay payments will not take effect until your next billing cycle. If you have a current bill due, you will be given the option to pay your current bill during Auto Pay set up.

 

How do I update my ePay automatic payment (Auto Pay) rule?

You cannot update an Auto Pay Rule. Instead, you must delete your existing Auto Pay Rule and then set up a new Auto Pay Setting. To do this, go to the Manage ePay Accounts menu on the TDS ePay site. Select Auto Pay Settings from the drop down. A list of Auto Pay rules that apply to your account(s) is displayed. Next to a rule, select Delete Auto Pay Setting from the Action drop-down menu.

Then, set up a new payment rule by clicking the Set Up Auto Pay button.

 

How do I replace my autopay credit card or bank account on TDS ePay?

Do you need to change your autopay card to another payment method? The TDS billing system will not allow more than 1 autopay rule at one time so you’ll need to delete your autopay rule and replace it with a new credit card or bank account.

Where can I view my Auto Pay Settings?

To do this, go to the View and Pay Bills menu on the TDS ePay site. Select View Auto Pay Settings from the right side of the page. A list of Auto Pay rules that apply to your account(s) is displayed. Next to a rule, click the arrow to display the full information.

 

How to update ePay credit card expiration date or card number?

  1. From the ePay homepage, select the “Manage ePay Accounts” menu, scroll down and click on “Add or Modify Payment Method”.
  2. Click on “Modify Payment Method”.
  3. Update your card number or expiration date. Once the information is updated, click “Submit”.

How do I set up/modify a payment method in TDS ePay?

To do this, go to the Manage ePay Accounts menu on the TDS ePay site and select Add or Modify Payment Method from the drop-down menu. Then, click the Add Payment Method button. Input the fields accordingly and click submit.

Once payment methods are entered, they can be modified at any time. Simply select “Modify Payment Method” or “Delete Payment Method”.

 

What is my Email Bill Password?

Your Email Bill is password protected for your security. For the password requirements, go to the Manage ePay Accounts menu on the TDS ePay site and select Manage Email Bill from the drop-down menu. On this page you will see the password requirements in the top box.

 

How do I update the email address that TDS ePay notifications are sent to?

To update the email address to which your ePay notifications are sent to, go to the Manage ePay Accounts menu on the TDS ePay site and select Update Notification Information from the drop-down menu. Under Notification Address, click the Update button. Input the fields accordingly and click submit.

Note: Anytime you add or change an email address you will be sent a verification email. If your link expired or you didn’t receive the email you will need to go back to the Update Notification Information in ePay to resend the email.

 

When will my online payment be reflected in my account balance?

After processing a payment online, account balances in the TDS My Account will be updated overnight for online payments.

 

Why am I getting a “server error” when I process a payment online?

If you are experiencing a “server error” or having difficulty processing a payment online, contact TDS Financial Services at 833-845-0054. There could be a problem with the online bill pay account status of your account.

 

Which browsers are supported by TDS ePay?

  • The TDS ePay site supports current versions of Google Chrome, Apple Safari (current and last previous version), Windows Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.
    • Unsupported browsers are Microsoft Internet Explorer and previous versions of other browsers.
  • All browsers must have cookies and JavaScript enabled for TDS ePay to function properly.
